John ‘Bull’ Hayes Mural

John ‘Bull’ Hayes Mural

An Irish and Munster rugby legend, John ‘Bull’ Hayes from Cappamore, Co. Limerick, has 105 Irish International Caps to his name.  He played for Munster on 217 occasions, during which he won two Heineken cups. In addition to winning a Grand Slam in 2009 with Ireland, he was also on four Irish victorious triple Crown sides. In 2009 he also represented the British and Irish Lions in South Africa. One of this country’s all time greats and a Munster legend who retired in December 2011.  Shown here is a mural that I painted of him in Bruff, Co. Limerick, and which was shown on the late Late Show, during an interview with the great man.
